Great condition-shows some discoloration and buildup in a few places and a gorgeous patina throughout. There are four pinprick holes in the mesh at the corners but this was intentional to allow for the bag to fall open the way it does and there are no flaws to the mesh or connective hardware whatsoever. This handy bag opens accordion-style all the way up to around 4.25" in diameter and stays open until manually returned to closed. Chain drop is 5". The cap snaps closed perfectly. There are no markings or tag so I can't confirm if this is a Whiting & Davis or an imitator. Please see photos for bag drop measurements in inches.
